We’ve got a lot of changes in the LOI camp that we’re excited about unveiling to everyone at The Oregon Express who may not have seen us up in Troy or Columbus in the last couple months. First, we’ve got a great new keyboard player – Hazy of Hazy & the Rugged Child. Second, we’ve got a bunch of new songs that are ready to debut. And last of all, we’re pretty close to getting a new logo! On the flyer below is one of the final prototypes.
Another great facet to the show is that it’s being presented by our friends at Buckeye Music Magazine, so you know it’s going to be a great time. We’ll hopefully be doing some promo work with them soon to help spread the word.
We’re really pleased and excited about the direction that the band is going in and we can’t wait to get back in front of a crowd.
After the OE show, we of course will be turning our attention to November 21st when we get to open for the New Riders of the Purple Sage! We’ll be playing at Woodlands Tavern in our incarnation as Hurl & the Spins.
To close out the year, there’s a discussion of a holiday blowout in December. We’ll let you know as soon as everything gets finalized (keep December 21st open on your calendar…)
